At Hotel Copenhagen everything is quite simple, read here how it works. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
Opening hours
The reception is open from 7am - 11pm,
(with some exceptions between 11.30am - 2pm when we sometimes close the reception.)
Check in & check out
Check in from 2.00 pm till 11.00 pm.
Check out at latest 11.00 am.
Breakfast
A Continental breakfast buffet is served every morning between 7.15-10.30 am. It costs 50 DKK for adults and 30 DKK for children under 12.
Arriving late?
Please contact the reception if you arrive late to Copenhagen.
Payment
You will pay when you arrive at the hotel. The hotel accepts the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, JCB and Dankort.
Car parking
Free parking for the guests in our courtyard as long as there is availability. We can not guarantee a parking space. If the parking is full you're able to park on the streets in the area. There's a fee Monday-Saturday.
Internet
A guest computer with free internet connection is available for our guests in the reception. We also offer Wi-fi against a fee.
Bikes
You can rent bikes at our hotel at affordable prices. If you have children we have bikes with child carriers. We also have helmets for the safety conscious.
Sightseeing
Canal Tour, is a guided boat tour in Copenhagen's canals.
Jump on - Jump off bus is a guided bus tour that takes you around the sights of Copenhagen, with the opportunity to jump off and explore further. You can buy tickets to both attractions from us.
Fax
Is found in the reception. Our guests fax with no charge.
Bar
Our bar by the reception is open between 7.00 am - 11.00 pm. We can offer both warm and cold beverages.
Currency exchange
You can change small foreign amounts into Danish kroner at our reception. Please let us know if you want to change money before you arrive.
Smoking
Please note: The whole hotel is non-smoking, including all the rooms and the reception. There are outdoor spaces on each floor where it is allowed to smoke. If you smoke indoors you have to pay a fine of DKK 1500,-
